Strawberries and Cream Overnight Oats

In collaboration with Shaken Udder, I decided to create some delicious breakfasts using their milkshakes instead of milk. After the popularity of my salted caramel waffles, I decided the next step would be to create something even easier to make ahead and very healthy. Topped with jam, Rachel’s Greek yoghurt and strawberries, this strawberries and clotted cream bowl is a flavour sensation. Super creamy without a sickly note in sight. Give it a try…

Ingredients

30g Rolled porridge Oats

150ml Shaken Udder Strawberries and Clotted Cream Milkshake

5g Chia seeds

80g Strawberries, half chopped into small pieces and half halvedĀ to top with

40g Greek Yoghurt

1 tsp strawberry jam (chia jam if you have it)

Serves 1

 

Method

Place oats, milkshake, chia seeds and half the strawberries in tupperware and leave in the fridge overnight,

The next morning transfer to bowl and top with yoghurt, jam and the remaining strawberries,
